After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. This is my third time ordering from MscocoHair and I must say they never disappoint. The hair is so soft and beautiful. It does not shed when combing and it doesn’t tangle. The frontal is so full and natural looking and they can be reused because there is no shedding. What more can I say other than this hair is hands down the best!!!!

If your looking for low maintenance hair that’s beautiful and soft, then this is it. This hair was soooo soft upon opening it out of the package and it’s the same softness after it has been washed. I don’t even condition mines because there is no need. Ive had this hair for two months now and it looks like it will last a long time. This has to be some of the best hair I have received Ever!
