Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. This is some pretty decent hair. For sure worth the money.. The shedding is minimal amount. The hair has a small odor to it, but after washing and conditioning it, the smell gone the hair and curl bounces back.
