After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. this hair has a very soft, beautiful texture, very minimum shedding. There was no bad odor, or dark color when I washed my bundles. The frontal was very light it was almost transparent. The frontal was actually very wide ear to ear it was a little over 15 inches so I had to cut on sides. The frontal also came pre plucked but to me it was too much lace showing where they plucked so I cut the lace & plucked myself. I love it so much!

it’s true to length , very minimal shedding , I co washed the hair before I installed it which I did make a unit out of it .. the hair remained soft the shilling was fast and the hair had no funny factory smell at all .. I highly suggest buying this hair ..
