After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. I love how fast the hair came! it was soft, very light smell to it, and little shedding (some shedding is expected of course). I washed and deep conditioned the hair and the curl pattern was amazing. I am able to wet the hair and go and my curls are great all day. Will be ordering from this company again.
