After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. So I ordered this hair the 3rd of March. I love the texture so far it’s soft. I combed out the ends of my longest bundle then wet it to see if I would get the same curl pattern once wet and it did. I will buy another wavy bundles with frontal next Month.
