All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace(uncut), original curl pattern(undispersed), and still have the original package & gifts attached.

After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. (If you need exchange item, please explain on the return email,once the returned item received will arrange shipping you new item.).

I love these bundles and lace frontal, this is my second purchase from Mscoco and quality is amazing! The hair is sooo soft and has minimal tangling even when wet! The hair sheds very little! It looked exactly like the picture!
