All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace(uncut), original curl pattern(undispersed), and still have the original package & gifts attached.

After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. The lace is real hd lace and melt into skin. Hair is true to length,, I did measure the length and it is true as well. I just washed it, no shedding thus far or tangling. And it’s plucked really good I didn’t really have to do anything. Oh it looks really natural. I′m honestly pretty impressed so far seems like it will hold up well. Communication was great, fast responses. I’m in love!!!
