All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace(uncut), original curl pattern(undispersed), and still have the original package & gifts attached.
Please feel free to return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your original order.
After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. (If you need exchange item, please explain on the return email,once the returned item received will arrange shipping you new item.).

Ladies when I tell you BUY this wig OMG… it is so soft and beautiful.. flows in the wind … I have been wearing it for a full week… and it has never tangled and looks great… I even put some setting lotion on it and rolled it up with rods.. and it still did not nap up…. I love this wig and will be buying another one just for safe keeping….. It has great volume and hair is very soft …
