All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace(uncut), original curl pattern(undispersed), and still have the original package & gifts attached.

After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. I rarely give reviews, but I had to do this one because this is my 1st time ordering a wig and from this vendor. 1st, let me say that the wig itself is beautiful. It’ has a lot of body, shine and thickness, even after washing and conditioning it. There was no smell and little shedding. It also came with some great gifts. If you leave some lace out it will melt into your skin, but once the light hit that area, the lace will be seen. So I hope for a beginner, such as my self, this review help someone else. Will and have ordered again.
