After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. Do not hesitate!! Get this wig!! I was kept informed of each shipment until the wig was delivered to my door. The wig cap is good for my head. Everything is great as his description. It has also pre plucked, but you can do a little more as you like. Real hd lace it is. My favorite wig by far. The seller has a customer for life.
