All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace(uncut), original curl pattern(undispersed), and still have the original package & gifts attached.

After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. (If you need exchange item, please explain on the return email,once the returned item received will arrange shipping you new item.).

I am super happy with the quality of the wig. It is human hair wig, so soft and beautiful lace. The wig exactly matches the picture. I got my wig at incredible speed. Basically I received it in 3 days. It’s a very good seller I advise everyone, it’s the second time I order online and I’m not disappointed. This lace is hd, very thin and breathable. All color skin can wear it.

Beautiful wig!!! Its really soft and true to length. the lace is good quality and the hairline is pre plucked and natural. the knots are VERY small. Must be professional skills to finish the wig making. doesn’t shed much at all so far. no smell. But the delivery time is a little slow and the seller was great with communication. will be ordering from here again.
