Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. The hair is very soft . Holds a curl ( when pin curled ). The hair is a fine silky texture. It is on the lower density side but not super thin . The knots on the closure bleached easily. Hair sheds slightly but all hair sheds! I’ve bought hair from seller multiple times now. Over all great buy for the price and i definitely recommend.
