After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. The bundles are full not skimpy with long tracks!!! The hair is soft and smells good right out of the bag. I still washed it and it didn’t tangle. The frontal seemed a lil shorter in width but installed with a perfect fit. So far it hasn’t had any heavy shedding or super dryness.

The hair is really pretty. It came right on time. The bundles are full and it has a nice shine to it as well. It is very soft as well. The closure also came with baby hair sectioned off and it is a true free part. Of course you get some lashes as a free gift 🎁. This is good quality hair for the cost. I’m impressed.
