After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. Get this hair!! I have had the hair for some weeks now and babyyyy when I tell you that I have put it through every curl and crimp you can think of!! This hair has not disappointed me. There’s normal shedding but it isn’t excessive. The hair looks and feels wonderful. It’s a bit silkier than I thought when I originally ordered it.

If you take care of this hair like it’s your own then the hair will last a long time. I also love that this hair does not smell funny when you open the package. It smells fresh and clean. First I must say the customer service I received from this company was AMAZING. Every question was answered, every request was met. The order came in 4 days. Packaging for the hair is super beautiful and lengths are true to length, they even thru in some little goodies. Super soft hair and as shown the closure came with baby hairs as well.
