After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. Amazing quality, with true length and density thickness. It also didn’t tangled, neither did it have an odor. These bundles are super soft and fluffy shiny hair with natural black color and thick from root to ends… I will definitely make more purchase from this company. The hair is thick and soft ..shipping was faster than expected.. hair is full and not a lot of split ends. The hair didn’t have a bad smell like other hair I have purchased.. there are strands of brown hair but not a lot .

Beautiful hair! Packaged nicely, very soft, very full bundles and came with complimentary lashes and a hair net. The hair had a slight chemical smell to it, but not bad at all. This hair does shed and tangle a little, but the tangles come right out with a little spray of water or leave in conditioner. The curl pattern is perfect and the length is great. You can also straighten and/or curl this hair and the natural curls return when you wet it.
