After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. Honestly I was kind of skeptical but the hair is really good especially for the price. I made a wig with 4 bundles and the closure. It has minimal shedding and tangling being I never wrapped or took it off for two days , the back did tangle but I moisturized and combed and back like new.
