Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. I ordered 20, 22, 24 inch bundles with a 20 inch frontal, and i made a wig. the hair is so soft and holds a curl nicely. Very true to length, and i would definitely recommend. it does have a slight smell, but it went away when i used my styling products. whenever i decide to make another unit, i definitely will purchase this hair again.
