After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. The hair is so soft and doesn’t have a smell. So far there is no shedding. The packaging was nice and seller added a headband. You can use the bag to store hair. I will be making this into a closure wig and I will bleach the ends! Overall I am really happy with the hair and customer service. I will defo be buying more hair on Christmas
