After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. All I have done so far is trim the lace a bit. I still need to blend the hairline and style it the way I want. It came with a wig cap which was gorgeous, and was chemical smell free. The kinky straight texture is really nice. Really like my natural hair.
