All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace(uncut), original curl pattern(undispersed), and still have the original package & gifts attached.
Please feel free to return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your original order.
After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. (If you need exchange item, please explain on the return email,once the returned item received will arrange shipping you new item.).

The wig is extremely soft. The curls were very nice. Overall it’s a nice wig. It is very full and curled very very nicely!! The hair is high density and lace melted well.

Received numerous compliments on it. Super cute wig. Hair is soft and shiny. True to length and holds curls good. Have the high density. Ends are full and soft! It is pre plucked. Plucked a little more to my own preference. Overall great wig. Exactly as was described, I am very happy with it, and delivery was very fast.

This hair really surprised me, its soft and true to length as well. The curls are amazing and little to no shedding. The lace is also very easy to blend! And promise it is the right density, very full when i got it.
