All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace(uncut), original curl pattern(undispersed), and still have the original package & gifts attached.
Please feel free to return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your original order.
After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. (If you need exchange item, please explain on the return email,once the returned item received will arrange shipping you new item.).

I bought this 22inch pull go wig for my birthday and I’m so happy I made this purchase!!! This hair is soft, gets silky straight, the ends are nice, is easy to melt. I love it!!! My favorite thing about this wig is that it doesn’t shed. I run my fingers through the hair all day & I don’t get a strand also it doesn’t tangle. I give this hair 10/10 highly recommend!!!

This is hands down my favorite wig ever! It delivered super fast and communication with the seller was great. The packaging was really nice as well. The hair is soft, silky, full, and has no smell. The lace is durable yet flexible and honestly, comfortable for me to wear and easy to install. The hair is true to length and full from the roots to the ends. Oh, and no shedding! This unit is absolutely amazing.
