All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace(uncut), original curl pattern(undispersed), and still have the original package & gifts attached.
Please feel free to return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your original order.
After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. (If you need exchange item, please explain on the return email,once the returned item received will arrange shipping you new item.).

Autumn Sabre –
This is my first wig ever. I wanted to try something new and protect my hair better and I could t be happy with how natural it looks.

I don’t really wear wigs often but I wanted to try something different. And I must say I got plenty of stares and compliments, this wig doesn’t shed and it’s very soft and manageable. I bought about 3 wigs with this order and this one is my favorite. 🥰

This wig came very well put together. it has the drawstring oun the back, but still came with a band, thin lace, built in cap, it gave scalp.
