After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. This hair is beautiful, literally so soft, I washed it and was still soft. Big and beautiful. Have the hd lace, which is invisiable and make my scalp look so natural. The frontal is full, the curls are loose deep and lovely, and the vendor was very on point into updating me in when it was going to arrive.
