All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace(uncut), original curl pattern(undispersed), and still have the original package & gifts attached.

After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the return address we provide you. Once the returned item is received and inspected without any problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account. (If you need exchange item, please explain on the return email,once the returned item received will arrange shipping you new item.).

I really love how versatile this wig is, I could do several styles on this wig if i wanted too. When I first received the wig there wasn’t really a bad smell at all. As far as the lace goes, you can barely see it which I am so happy about! Overall I give this wig 10/10 and would recommend, I definitely enjoyed wearing this wig and will be ordering from this business again.

I received the hair within 3 days. The hair is very soft and true to length. So far I like it though. I’ve wet and brushed it and there was minimal shedding.
